Good morning lovelies...
 
Here's a power breakfast to prepare for the weekend:
Bread slices or toasts topped with power foods to get the day started...
Combo 1: Choconana - Nutella and banana.
Combo 2: Protien power pack - Scrambled eggs with mushroons topped with cheddar.
Combo 3: Fruits and nuts - Figs on cashew nut butter.
